Growing up in Cape Town, South Africa, Ethan was fortunate to be surrounded by a vibrant and colorful culture and an abundance of some of the world’s most decadent produce and coffee. While visiting various cafes in his downtown Cape Town, he fell in love with coffee and became set on learning as much as possible. Ethan’s passion for coffee deepened over the years, which led him to serve among a number of exciting bar programs. Upon relocating to the United States, Ethan joined Black Dog Coffee House in Billings, Montana as Head of Coffee Education, working with beloved specialty coffee roasters including Revel and Stumptown. Prior to landing in Healdsburg, Ethan perfected his barista skills at Blue Sparrow in Denver, Colorado. His interests led him to the intentionality and thoughtfulness behind Little Saint’s hospitality, food, and coffee bar. Ethan leads Little Saint’s coffee program as the Head Barista offering a creative, purposeful program enriched by the local coffee scene.
