100% plant-based menu features producers who seek to lessen their impact on the earth through a combination of old-school, sustainable farming practices and new, innovative solutions. We go through a rigorous selection process and make a concerted effort to feature and highlight marginalized groups in each sector.

Our Cocktail Program is a collaboration with the kitchen and farm, offering creative spirits-based and non-alcoholic cocktails. The cocktail menu gives the farm's harvest a second or even third life in “closed loop cocktails” so that, from the farm to the kitchen to the bar, everything that is grown is celebrated.

A morning experience for farmers, commuters, and the late night crowd alike, our coffee program features a rotating drip coffee each quarter, highlighting local, small-batch, BIPOC or female roasters. The espresso we chose as our mainstay comes from Saint Frank Coffee in San Francisco, a company that sources from small growers and co-ops in East Africa, South and Central America. Each resource we present aligns with our vision and ethos as a company. In addition to coffee, we feature small-batch teas from both local growers as well as those we’ve sourced from Japan, India and beyond. The Coffee Bar has extended its program with adaptogenic drinks and coffee cocktails inspired by Italian amaro and coffee culture that is served from day to night.

Little Saint offers a retail shop of plant-based picnic provisions that are sustainably produced, artfully crafted and ethically sourced. From salty snacks and small-batch chocolates to zero-waste totes and reusable coffee mugs, all our items are dedicated to making a difference in our climate and society.

The cafe offers a collection of items one may bring to complete a picnic, bring to a winery to enjoy with a tasting, use to stock an airbnb or simply enjoy for a quick lunch.
