Meet Dominick, the creative force behind Lady Jasmine: a local micro-bakery specializing in cake artistry and dessert catering. He's an essential part of Little Saint's pastry team, collaborating closely with Chef Baruch. Dominick's talent shines as he reimagines how we experience dessert. Lady Jasmine bakes in sync with the seasons to support our local farmers and florists, and also aims to incorporate nature's ingredients and flavors that are perhaps under-utilized in the cakes we eat. Lady Jasmine offers a plant-based cake menu to honor the Earth with intention.
