Our 100% plant-based menu showcases locally sourced produce from our very own Little Saint Farm, an 8-acre property just two and a half miles away on Westside Road. The farm employs minimal-tillage practices to nurture rich, healthy soil, promoting biodiversity and yielding produce bursting with nutrition and flavor. This hyperlocal produce is the cornerstone of our menu, which highlights the innovative and sustainable efforts of producers who blend traditional farming practices with modern solutions. Our commitment extends to featuring and supporting marginalized groups across all sectors, ensuring our food not only tastes good but does good too.

Our cocktail program embodies Little Saint’s commitment to sustainability by crafting "closed loop cocktails," where ingredients are creatively repurposed from farm to kitchen to bar. Our menu features imaginative takes on classic cocktails, utilizing imperfect produce and items typically considered "waste," transforming them into exceptional flavors. Each presentation is intentionally minimal yet thoughtfully curated, highlighting carbon-neutral and organic producers and distilleries. Our non-alcoholic beverages include a diverse array of cocktails, tonics, ferments, herbalist-inspired drinks, and innovative ingredients like carrot skin tepache.

Our wine selections highlight producers committed to reducing their environmental impact through a blend of traditional farming methods and innovative solutions. We showcase both iconic and emerging producers from around the globe, with a strong emphasis on California wines. Our offerings include a diverse array of chilled and natural wines, as well as a reserve cellar. Beyond our favorite Sonoma County producers, we focus heavily on Champagne, Burgundy, the Loire Valley, and Italy.

A morning experience for farmers, commuters, and the late night crowd alike, our coffee program features a rotating drip coffee each quarter, highlighting local, small-batch, BIPOC or female roasters. The espresso we chose as our mainstay comes from Saint Frank Coffee in San Francisco, a company that sources from small growers and co-ops in East Africa, South and Central America. Each resource we present aligns with our vision and ethos as a company. In addition to coffee, we feature small-batch teas from both local growers as well as those we have sourced from Japan, India and beyond.

We offer plant-based picnic provisions that are sustainably produced, artfully crafted and ethically sourced. From salty snacks and small-batch chocolates to zero-waste totes and reusable coffee mugs, all our market items are dedicated to making a difference in our climate and society.
