Hailing from Brazil, Natalia Faustino brings international experience and expertise behind the bar. Beginning her hospitality journey in New York City, she soon found herself drawn to the west coast, where she contributed her skills to prominent San Francisco establishments such as Absinthe and Nopalito.

With the debut of Montage Healdsburg, the first property of the premier hotel and resort company in Northern California, Natalia was brought onto the founding Banquets Bar team. For three years, she played a pivotal role in managing the Banquets bar program for high-profile events and mentoring a top-tier staff.

Natalia's journey continued as she was recruited by Matt Seigel, Founding Executive Bar Director of Little Saint, who mentored her to explore the boundaries of beverage creation. Now, as Little Saint's Beverage Manager, Natalia spearheads the bar program, collaborating closely with Little Saint Farm and the kitchen to craft innovative, delicious offerings that complement the plant-based cuisine while minimizing waste.
