Hailing from Brazil, Natalia Faustino brings a blend of international experience and expertise to Little Saint. Her hospitality journey began in the bustling bars of New York City, eventually drawing her to San Francisco’s vibrant dining scene, where she refined her craft at acclaimed venues like Absinthe and Nopalito.

Natalia’s talent and leadership caught the eye of Montage Healdsburg, where she was a founding member of the Banquets Bar team. Over three years, she played a pivotal role in shaping the bar program for the luxury resort’s high-profile events, delivering exceptional service while mentoring a top-tier team.

In 2023, Natalia joined Little Saint, recruited by Founding Executive Bar Director Matt Seigel. Under his mentorship, she pushed the boundaries of beverage innovation, creating a bar program that highlighted fresh, seasonal ingredients from Little Saint Farm with a focus on sustainability and zero waste.

Now, as Assistant General Manager, Natalia’s influence extends across all aspects of the guest experience. She leads daily operations with a hands-on, collaborative approach, inspiring the team with her commitment to delivering memorable moments and setting new standards for plant-based hospitality.
