LITTLE SAINT x VALRHONA®

Join us for a special edition of Neighbor’s Night as we partner with Valrhona, a world leader in responsible chocolate production, for dinner on Monday, November 11.

Little Saint’s Executive Pastry Chef Baruch Ellsworth and Valrhona’s West Coast Pastry Chef Marrio Bacherini come together to create a menu focused on Valrhona’s plant-based range of ingredients.

This collaboration celebrates our shared commitment to creating sustainable, responsible culinary experiences, embodied by Valrhona’s concept of "Reasonable Indulgence," where creativity pushes the boundaries of healthier, more mindful indulgence without sacrificing flavor.

The 5-course menu will showcase Valrhona chocolate in every dish- from savory to sweet. Each guest will also take home a special treat from Little Saint and Valrhona.

The menu is priced at $75 per person, with an optional $45 wine pairing to complement each course.
