Kitchen Manager

Drawing from his extensive experience as a talented pastry chef in fine dining restaurants across the West Coast, Dominick is a vital member of Little Saint’s culinary team. Starting as a pastry chef, he quickly advanced to support critical operations as kitchen manager, where he ensures smooth collaboration with chefs and manages relationships with vendors, farmers, and makers to maintain efficient supply, equipment, and inventory management.

Beyond his role at Little Saint, Dominick is the founder and head baker of Lady Jasmine, a queer-owned micro-bakery in Sonoma County specializing in plant-based cake artistry and dessert catering. As Little Saint’s preferred cake vendor, Lady Jasmine is renowned for its flavorful, sustainable, and beautifully designed vegan desserts. Dominick’s talents have earned him recognition on the Food Network, with an appearance on the 2024 season of Summer Baking Championship.

Dominick is also an active community member, contributing as a founding board member of Professionals with Pride, Sonoma County's LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.
